After nineteen years of existence during which SMAP GROUP travelled the world and left its marks in the minds of Moroccans living abroad, the group decided to expand outside Europe.

It was only natural that this venture towards new horizons and conquests starts with the establishment of SMAP GROUP in the United Arab Emirates capital in 2013 and Dubai is the next step in UAE in 2016.

This expansion constitutes a new challenge aiming at conquering new markets with the same objective as Paris, Milano, Marseille, Barcelona, Brussels, Dusseldorf and Amsterdam: serving the world’s Moroccan diaspora queen on acquiring real estate property within the range of offers proposed by the promoters-investors of the Kingdom and whose excellence and diversity have already been proven.

Last advantage but not least: to further strengthen its success, Dubaï SMAP Expo can count on the considerable purchasing power of the Emirati local population which standard of living is one of the highest in the world.

Why Dubaï?

Given the location of the United Arab Emirates north-east of the Gulf Arabian peninsula, there was not room for hesitation. Recently constituted, the Moroccan community totals around 45 000 people living in perfect harmony with the Emiratis generally known for their warm and generous hospitality.

The Moroccans living in this brotherly country in full financial and economic boom will most certainly welcome this new event. It is expected that the 1st SMAP Expo in Dubai which will be held at the end of 2016 will reach an audience of around 10.000 visitors.
